theory of change

Our approach begins with applying service design and reserach methodologies to circular economy challenges, engaging diverse stakeholders across entire value chains. By implementing systems thinking, and collective action, we aim to understand complex interdependencies. We use human-centered design to create user-friendly circular solutions and leverage data and emerging technologies to optimize resource flows throughout the system.

Through these actions, we expect to identify innovative opportunities for closing resource loops and create scalable, sustainable business and operating models. Our work will lead to the design of products and services that eliminate waste and pollution, fostering collaboration between previously siloed sectors. This approach will also shift consumer behaviors towards more sustainable practices.

As a result of these efforts, we anticipate a reduction in resource consumption and waste generation, alongside increased adoption of circular economy principles across industries. Our work will enhance the resilience of ecosystems and communities, create new economic opportunities in circular sectors, and accelerate progress towards climate change mitigation goals.

Ultimately, this theory of change envisions a transformation towards a regenerative economy that operates within planetary boundaries. This new economic model will ensure long-term environmental sustainability and social well-being, reimagining our relationship with resources and each other in a more circular, harmonious way.
